Visits the British Forces Brunei Community

His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah ibni His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister's Office this morning visited the British Forces Brunei, BFB community at the Brunei Garrison in Seria. During the visit, His Royal Highness the Crown Prince also interacted with members of the First Battalion, the Royal Gurkha Rifles, as well as teachers and students of Hornbill School.

 

Upon arrival, His Royal Highness was greeted by His Excellency John Virgoe, British High Commissioner to Brunei Darussalam; Lieutenant-Colonel Hugo Standford-Tuck, the Commander of BFB and Major Jiwan Pun, Gurkha Major, First Battalion Royal Gurkha Rifles.

 

At the Tuker Lines Guard Room, His Royal Highness inspected the Guard of Honour. His Royal Highness was briefed on the overview of the visit.

 

At the Tuker Lines Firing Range, His Royal Highness witnessed a demonstration of the Support Weapons. His Royal Highness also consented to shoot live rounds.

 

The Hornbill School was the focus of His Royal Highness' visit. His Royal Highness ended the visit with a luncheon at the Officers' Mess.
