SENGKURONG

 

​Two companies were each issued $500 compound fines for violating the Town and Country Planning, Composition of Offences, Regulations 2018.

 

The compound were issued following the OPKEMAS carried out on 13th February, by the Planning Authority, Department of Town and Country Planning in Mukim Sengkurong. The two companies were found to be placing, using, obstructing, displaying items in parking lots, sidewalks and landscaped areas in business premises and enterprises where the companies operate. A period of 7 days is given to settle the fines.
