US Ambassador Holds Reception For `Disney On Ice' Cast

Bandar Seri Begawan - The United States Ambassador to Brunei, Mr Gene B Christy hosted a tea reception yesterday afternoon for the American cast of the "Disney on Ice: Beauty and the Beast", at the ambassador's residence in Kg Mulaut.

Around 12 people from the cast of "Disney on Ice: Beauty and the Beast" attended the special event.

At the reception, Mr Gene B Christy took the opportunity to mingle with the guests.

The crew arrived in Brunei to perform in the "Disney on Ice: Beauty and the Beast" show which will be held April 20-25, 2004 at the National Indoor Stadium in Berakas.

The show promises spectacular moves on ice, portraying the fairy tale story of a beautiful lady whom came to love a beast in a mysterious castle. In addition to the main story, Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse, the main characters of Disney and their old pals like Donald Duck and Goofy will also make a special appearance to entertain the audience.
