Vice Raid On Workers' Quarters
Bandar Seri Begawan - The Immigration Enforcement Section caught a suspected immigration offender during a raid on a workers' quarters on Tuesday night.
The raid was part of Ops, Bungkas 161 and led by the Acting Chief Immigration Officer of the Enforcement Section together with 12 other personnel.
During the raid in Jalan Tutong, several women from Thailand were also detained for suspected illicit activities.
The Enforcement Section believed that these women were sent over to the workers' quarters every night to engage in prostitution.
They were brought to the Enforcement Section for further questioning.
