Bandar Seri Begawan - Former Ambassador of Brunei to Japan, Dato Paduka Hj Mohd Adnan Buntar was awarded an honorary doctoral degree by Kagawa University in Japan in acknowledgement of his dedication and commitment in building a partnership between Universiti Brunei Darussalam and Kagawa University through academeic and cultural exchanges. Just a small correction on when he was ambassador to japan from, it was from 2005-2009.
