Planting Paddy The Manual Way
Bandar Seri Begawan - Eigthteen Panchor Murai Primary School students were exposed to `manual' paddy planting techniques in a field during a study visit in Kg Bebuloh.
They were introduced to a variety of paddies available in the country and the different ways of planting them.
The group was given the opportunity to plant paddy the traditional way.
Cikgu Zulfikar Ali said the visit aimed to give knowledge and exposure to students on the ways paddy is planted and processed.
The students were headed by cikgu Zulfikar Ali bin Sian. The study visit was organised by Cikgu Md Nur Adeli, who greeted the students on arrival.-- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
