Anthony Tours Offers Green' Getaways To Taiwan

Bandar Seri Begawan - In conjunction with His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam's 64th birthday celebrations, Anthony Tours and the Taipei Economic & Cultural Office in the Sultanate have joined hands to organise a promotion for the travel roadshow to promote the "2010 Taipei International Gardening and Horticulture Exposition from November 6, 2010 to April 25, 2011" at The Mail in Gadong.
Anthony Tours has come up with a special 8D/7N Taiwan Floral Expo package that and will leave on October 3 via AirAsia.
The package is priced at a very reasonable price of $1,188.00 per person (twin sharing).
Meanwhile, the package for the 10D/9N Taiwan Floral Expo for special Muslim groups complete with halal meals is priced at $1,788. This special group will visit four mosques in Taiwan at Taipei, Taichung, Tainan and Kaohsiung.
Departing from Brunei to Kota Kinabalu via AirAsia, travellers will stay overnight at downtown Shangri-la Hotel. Dinner will be provided. Customers will fly the next morning to 'Beautiful Formosa'. Upon arrival at Taipei, they will visit the unique Northern Coast Line, Ye Liu, Jiu Fen, Pumpkin Stone and enjoy a hot spring spa bath at Yi Lan.
The next day, the entourage will visit Clog Village, Dongshan pearl rice straw art village, Dongshan Kite Museum, King Car Shrimp Farm, Orchid Garden and Green House.
A visit to the Flora Expo for three days including accommodation at a four-star hotel in Taipei is also being arranged. A total of 15 exhibition halls, each with its own unique style in 91.8 hectares, will inspire the visitors to embrace new ideas and implement green practices whilst achieving the goal of protecting our precious Earth.
Park areas will also represent the combination of culture and arts as part of Eco-Friendly Living. New developments in horticulture and advance green technologies at the flower show, beautiful horticulture designs depicting flower landscapes, floriculture area, global garden, expo orchard and rainbows can also be viewed at the expo.
The concepts of the expo are to convey the essence of gardening, science and environment protection technology, reach the goals to 'reduce, reuse and recycle'. Taipei is also transforming into a city of gardens.
Bruneian tourists will also visit the Mao Princess of the minority tribes and the traditional Taiwan tea art centre.
Visitors will also be given one day to shop or visit friends.
