Operasi Pumpung JIPK 131/2020

4 Indonesian nationals were detained in an operation by the Department of National Registration and Immigration during Ops Pumpung JIPK 131/2020 in a quarter, housing workers in Kampung Kilanas on the 13 October.

Nurayu and Nurrahmawati, were each sentenced with 5 months imprisonment after found guilty under the Immigration Act Chapter 17 for overstaying in the country after their visit pass expired. Meanwhile Abdullah and Muhammad Ali were also sentenced to 3 months imprisonment after being found guilty under the Immigration Act Chapter 17 for providing protection to Immigration offenders.
