The Brunei Darussalam Nurses Association (PENJURU) yesterday held its Hari Raya Aidifitri celebrations at the Ministry of Health.

The event saw the attendance of Deputy Permanent Secretary (Policy) at the Ministry of Health Dr. Awang Hazri bin Awang Haji Kifle as the guest of honour, along with his spouse.

The event was held with the aim of motivating and showing appreciation for nurses, dental nurses and midwives for their professionalism, energy and time. It also aimed at encouraging and supporting all members of the nursing community to continue to work hard in order to improve the quality of service in nursing.

The celebration saw attendees treated to a feast of food, singing and dance performances as well as a lucky draw.
