A Body Mass Index (BMI) Check Programme was held recently for employees of Mashhor General Contractor Sendirian Berhad.

The event saw 145 workers participating in the event, which was organised by the company's Corporate HSSE Department in collaboration with the Ministry of Health (MoH).

Also present were personnel from Brunei Shell Petroleum Co Sendirian Berhad.

According to a statement, the event is carried out annually as a part of its Corporate Q1 Annual Healthy Lifestyle Programme (HLP), aiming to raise awareness among the employees of their own well-being.
