Four RBAirF Officers Awarded Pilot Wings

Four Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) officers, who completed their training overseas, received their pilot wings at a ceremony held yesterday at the RBAirF Headquarters to mark the start of their flying career at No 1 Wing.
Brigadier General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Shahril Anwar bin Haji Ma'awiah, Commander of the RBAirF, presented the pilot wings to the four RBAirF officers.
The recipients were 1023 Lt (U) Mohd Nazmi bin Nasrudin and 1026 Lt (U) Mohd Aliff bin Haji Zulkifli, who both completed their Elementary Flying Training and Single Engine Rotary Wing training at RAF Cranwell and RAF Shawbury of the United Kingdom respectively; and 1091 Lt (U) Abdul Haqim bin Haji Yahya and 1097 Lt (U) Muhd Harith bin Haji Edin who completed their Initial Entry Rotary Wing and UH60A/L Blackhawk Track Course at Fort Rucker, Alabama, United States.
The ceremony began with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah, followed by the presentation of the pilot wings, a recitation of Doa Selamat and a group photo session.
