BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN

An Indonesian woman was charged for offences under Section 15 1 of the Immigration Act Chapter 17 for overstaying after her immigration pass has expired.

Kamariah Antum (46), was sentenced to 4 months imprisonment and a fine of $800. In default of the fine, 1 month imprisonment will be added to her sentence. The sentence was enforced on the 6th of November 2021.
