A religious workshop on sleep etiquette was held yesterday, for Years 4-6 students of the Jerudong Religious School, Brunei III.

The students learned about healthy sleeping habits in Islam, and were later given a quiz on the topic.

The workshop was organised by second-year trainee teachers from the Religious Teachers University College of Seri Begawan (KUPLSB), as part of an assignment in practical management.

Twenty-seven trainees were given specific tasks, in which they learned how to manage events.

The religious workshop was facilitated by Awang Najib bin Mohammad, a trainee teacher at KUPU SB, and chaired by another trainee, Awang Haji Mohd Shahrullah bin Haji Momin.
