Tickets for the upcoming Roots and Wings Musical Charity Concert themed `Children are Our Future' are now available at Fitness Zone, Boustead, La Vida Family Resources Centre, JIS Stationery Shop and Canaan Hardware Shop.

The programme is set to take place from 7.30pm to 9.30pm on Saturday, September 17 at the Jerudong International School ( JIS) Arts Centre.

The charity show will raise funds for the Special Olympics Brunei Darussalam (SOBD) and La Vida, a nonprofit organisation for special needs children.

Boustead Sdn Bhd is the event's title sponsor, following a signing ceremony held at Fitness Zone Kiulap last June.

Brunei-born international star Wu Chun, the Managing Director of Fitness Zone who is also a goodwill ambassador for the concert, remarked, "We want to provide the children with wings to fly, to make a difference for their future.

"Personally, this is a meaningful project for the country. It is also my dream, not only to give our local talents a chance to shine through charitable events, but also to use entertainment and passion for music and arts to reach out to the public for a good cause."

The upcoming event will feature 150 children showcasing their talents in ballet, magic shows and many more.
Members of the public are urged to witness and support the programme, as all proceeds will go to charity.
