The Minister of Health informed on the opening of several swab centers during public holidays in conjunction with  Brunei Darussalam's National Day on the 23rd of February 2022 and the Isra 'Mikraj Celebration on the 28th of February 2022.

The Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha Sports Complex Swab Centre SPOC is open from 8 in the morning to 8 in the evening; the Drive-Thru Swab Centre, Bridex Hall, Jerudong and Drive Thru Swabbing Centre, Pusat Insani Kuala Belait, from 9 in the morning until 4:30 in the afternoon.; Berakas Health Center, from 2 to 8:45 pm; and SARI 2 Centre, Suri Seri Begawan Hospital, Kuala Belait from 7.30 in the morning until 6pm.

With the current increase in COVID-19 cases, the demand and use of the Health Advice Line 148 and Talian Darussalam 123 to obtain COVID-19 information has also increased. In this regard, the Ministry of Health seeks cooperation from the public to be patient if they are unable to contact or receive feedback from both lines. The respective numbers are working diligently to provide services 24 hours a day as well as receiving large number of inquiries, requests or feedbacks daily. Those able to make contact are advised not to prolong the calls and to give opportunity for other callers to connect with the staff. Callers are also urged to be courteous and speak prudently.
