Also holding an Isra' Mi'raj celebration was the Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism. The function was organised by the Tourism Development Department.

Present was Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Ali bin Apong, Minister of Primary Resources and Tourism. A Special talk titled 'Sembahyang Ku Kerana Allah' was delivered by Awang Isham bin Ismail, Religious Development Officer, Islamic Da'wah Centre. The talk stressed on the importance for every Muslim to perform the five times daily prayer solely in obeying the commandment of Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala and in being grateful for the blessings bestowed.
