Universiti Brunei Darussalam, UBD and Imagine Sendirian Berhad has signed a Memorandum of Understanding, MoU towards bridging the digital divide in the country. Through the signing, the two parties will collaborate in research to better understand the digital needs of lower income households and individuals. The signing ceremony took place yesterday morning at the UBD Business Library.

The signing was witnessed by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Abdul Mutalib bin Pehin Orang Kaya Seri Setia Dato Paduka Haji Awang Mohammad Yusof, Minister of Transport and Infocommunications. Signing on behalf of Imagine, was Dayang Suzannawati binti Haji Suharju, Chief Executive Officer Imagine, while Pengiran Doctor Emeroylariffion bin Pengiran Abas, Office of Assistant Vice Chancellor for Innovation and Enterprise Director, represented UBD.
