The Ministry of Health yesterday morning held a Nuzul Al-Quran Celebration and Khatam Al-Quran Ceremony as well as presentation of donations to orphans under the Ministry of Health and Departments under it. The ceremony took place at Dewan Al-Afiah, Ministry of Health.

The ceremony began with the recital of Surah Al-Fatihah led by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Mohd Isham bin Haji Jaafar, Minister of Health. This was followed by the presentation of donations to 41 orphans from families of the officers and staff of the ministry and departments under it.
