The Brunei Darussalam Amateur Radio Association, BDARA held the Special Call Event Station Opening Ceremony in conjunction with World Radio Day 2022. The event was held at Kampung Batu Apoi in Temburong District.

 

The event was launched by Pengiran Muhammad Ameer Mubarak Bin Pengiran Haji Hashim, Acting Temburong District Officer. Earlier, Pengiran Hajah Aida binti Pengiran Haji Ahmad, Secretary General of BDARA, shared that this month marks the 97th anniversary of the establishment of the international amateur radio union. To date, 50 members of the BDARA are still active in activities at home and abroad.
