Following the complete closure of the Multi-Storey Car Park that houses the Bandar Seri Begawan Bus Terminal, new bus stops will begin operation at the Jalan Kianggeh and Jalan McArthur areas from Monday, 9th May 2022. The Land Transport Department, LTD, Ministry of Transport and Infocommunications in its press release informed that the operating hours of the daily service are from 6 in the morning to 8 in the evening according to the designated routes.

The new public bus stop facility is only for passenger pick-up and drop-off services. The public is reminded to always prioritize safety while at bus stops such as: Using special routes for pedestrians when crossing the road, especially when heading to bus stops; Be courteous while queuing waiting for the bus, being careful when getting on or off the bus giving priority first to passengers who are more in need; and, Maintain the cleanliness of the environment and bus stop facilities.
