The Brunei Muara District Office with the cooperation of several donors from private companies and individuals in the country, held a Donations Presentation Ceremony to Orphans yesterday afternoon. The function took place via drive thru at the Dewan Muhibah, Brunei Muara District Office in Berakas.

The donations were handed over by Awang Misle bin Haji Abdul Karim, Brunei Muara District Officer. Some One hundred orphans in Mukim Berakas and the surrounding areas received the contributions. The ceremony aimed to help alleviate the burden of the orphans in preparing for the upcoming Hari Raya Aidilfitri Celebration.
