The Authority for Building Control and Construction Industry, ABCi issued a fine to a local company for an offence under Regulation 12, Building Control Advertisements, Billboards and Signage Regulations 2016.

DCH Auriga (Borneo) Sendirian Berhad was fined $500 for displaying advertisement without permission at STKRJ Kampung Katok 'B'. Advertising companies must have a valid registration and any business signs or billboards displayed outside business premises must obtain permission from ABCi.
