Anjung Saujana Restaurant, under Royal Brunei Catering (RBC), introduces new promotions for dine-in customers for the month of April such as the Makanan Kitani Dinner Buffet and Ambuyat Set Lunch Buffet.

According to a press release, Makanan Kitani Dinner Buffet is available every Saturday night. The promotion will last till April 30 from 7pm to 10pm. The buffet serves traditional and authentic Bruneian cuisine.

The menu varies every weekend. Some of the dishes in the buffet menu include different types of traditional salad such as Ulam-Ulaman with Salted Fish and Pais Udang. The most popular local dish which is the Ambuyat is also available with different types of condiments to choose from.

There are a few food stations specifically for the Soto Rindu, Roti Malaya, Ice Kacang and a counter for the Sup Tulang. For the main course, Kolo Mee Seafood, Udang Masak Rebus Kunyit, Ikan Liking, Tumis Daging Belutak Berubi Kentang, Sayur Umbut Masak Lemak with Ikan Pedas, Satay Goreng and Sambal Ikan Bakar are available.

Sweet and savoury desserts at the dessert stall include dishes such as Kueh Bahulu, Penyaram, Kek Batik, Ondeh-Ondeh Kelapa, Kuih Keria, Rangin and Bubur Kacang Merah.

The Ambuyat Lunch Time Buffet promotion will end on April 28 and is only available every Monday to Thursday only from 11.30am to 2pm.

Among the dishes served are the Kerabu Mangga Muda, Kerabu Kacang Sirik, Ambuyat with condiments, Ikan Panggang Mackerel, Ikan Liking, Pais Daging, Ayam Goreng Berempah, Sayur Umbut Masak Lemak with Ikan Masin. Desserts include Malay Kueh and assorted cut fruits.
