207 students from various programmes were awarded the Conditional Offer of Employment (COE) by Hengyi Industries Sendirian Berhad under the joint collaboration between Politeknik Brunei and Institute of Brunei Technical Education. The signing ceremony of COE in conjunction with the Brunei Mid-Year Conference and Exhibition, MYCE 2022 took place yesterday afternoon at the International Convention Centre, Berakas.

 

Earlier, Awang Haji Azhar bin Haji Yahya, Permanent Secretary at the Department of Energy, Prime Minister's Office, in his opening remarks among others emphasised the importance of the COE programmes and the need for continuous collaboration among key stakeholders to support the growing industry needs. Present to witness the signing ceremony was Awang Haji Khairuddin bin Haji Abdul Hamid, Acting Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Finance and Economy.  Also present was Her Excellency Yu Hong, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the country.
