The Economy Week in conjunction with Brunei Mid-Year Conference and Exhibition, Brunei MYCE 2022 provides a platform for experts and policymakers to share and discuss on topics ranging from the global issues and regional economic outlook. The Economy Week Symposium in the afternoon also focused on Brunei's Economic growth towards achieving Wawasan Brunei 2035.

 

Present was Dayang Suraya binti Haji Jaidin, Permanent Secretary for Performance and Corporate at the Ministry of Finance and Economy. The session highlighted a keynote speech titled Global and Regional Outlook: Megatends to Look Out For and panel's session discussed the future of Brunei Industries and deepen understanding of Brunei's economy and the contributors of economic growth.

 

The symposium also featured a panel discussion that focused onreassessing and recalibrating policy approaches towards economic growth as well as given opportunities to the public to broaden their knowledge and awareness on setting up and developing a business.
