Religious Teachers' University College of Seri Begawan (KUPU SB) yesterday held a workshop for 25 undergraduates undergoing their Bachelor's Degree in Usuluddin and Syariah for the 2015/2016 session, for the programme IT Course 2106 Co-Curriculum III.

The event was held at the Kampong Mata-Mata Religious Hall.

The guest of honour was Awang Haji Metali bin Haji Kamis, Village Head of Kampong Mata-Mata. The event began with a welcoming speech by the chairman of the event, Awang Mohammad Amiruddin bin Haji Mohamad Deli.

He said the workshop on 'Islamic Etiquette at the Mosque' was to give a firm understanding to youths on the topic and to instil and inculcate a sense of devotion and respect.

The workshop was part of a religious activity programme under the Core Knowledge Centre of KUPU SB, a programme which essentially is aimed at generating an exposure to an experience that will be challenging, practical and beneficial for the students of KUPU SB.

Cikgu Mohammad Aminol bin Abdul Rahim was the lecturer for the workshop.

The programme was also aimed to have a domino effect for other mosque youth associations to follow suit in religious discussions as well as propagating the word of Islam.
