TUTONG

The police continued to visit schools to hold awareness talks in an effort to educate students and prevent them from getting involved with crimes or criminal-related activities.

Such efforts also aimed to make the community safer by raising the level of preventive measures and educating the younger generation with' general knowledge on crimes or criminal/illegal activities.

The crime prevention education continued at Keriam Primary School (SR Keriam) on Saturday, where some 118 students from Years 4, 5 and 6 of the school received general lessons to get a better understanding of such undesirable activities and how to deal with them in a community.

Present for the talk were Headmaster Cikgu Rasiah binti Haji Tudin, Police Inspector Adzimin bin Haji Ibrahim and S/ Sgt Mohd Azri bin Abdullah.

The talk itself was presented by W/Cpl Norziah binti Abdullah Kuncil and Cpl Mohd Fadillah bin Jaini.
