The strength of a nation and country does not only depend on property alone, but it also depends on man power, including the youth. The presence of youths in the contribution of services is very much welcomed, based on their active, vigorous and energetic qualities in rendering any assistance.

Every year, the youths' activeness is seen to be more prominent in the various fields they are involved in so that they are able to achieve success and become a source of inspiration and sowing enthusiasm to the people of our country. Giving youths various titles, such as "Belia Harapan Bangsa", or "Belia Wira Bangsa" or "Belia Pelita Zaman" is a recognition of the youths as a driving force and supporters of development who have the potential to move the country forwards.

 Islam is very concerned with time and age. Therefore, youths should appreciate and use their age and youth to the best of their abilities because young age is the best time and opportunity to build self-identity and adorn themselves with noble morals. In realising titles such as Youth Hope of the Nation, Youth, Nation's Warriors or Youth, Light of the Era, the relationship with senior citizens should also be emphasised because they are a group who have experienced life as youths.
