25 locals were issued compound fines during 'Operasi Bersih' for littering food and drink containers as well as cigarette butts in public areas.

The operation was conducted by Law Enforcement Division, Bandar Seri Begawan Municipal Department during the festive season in conjunction with the Royal birthday celebration. The individuals were given 7 days to settle the compound fines at the Finance Section, Bandar Seri Begawan Municipal Department.
