Kampong Tungku House Went Ablaze

A fire broke out yesterday afternoon on the first floor of a double-storey house in Kampong Tungku.
All the eight residents, including the house owner, managed to escape.
According to a statement, the Beribi Fire Station received a call about the fire around 4.45pm.
The incident is under investigation to determine the cause of the fire and the amount of loss.
Fourteen firefighters from the Rimba and Beribi fire stations arrived in four fire trucks to put out the blaze.
