The Islamic Da'wah Centre through the Muallaf Development Section (Muallaf Welfare) in collaboration with the Belait District Da'wah Unit handed over contributions in the form of power generators to three muallaf or new converts in the Punan Long House located in Kampung Sukang, Belait District.

The contributions were handed over by Awang Abd Aziz bin Haji Abd Kahar, Assistant Director of the Islamic Da'wah Centre. The assistance was one of the centre's initiative for underprivileged muallaf to live more comfortably and improve their standard of living. The recipients also received assistance in the form of house repair, grass cutter engine, water pump and tank as well as daily necessities.
