Various efforts continue to be implemented by the government to enculture the reading of Al-Quran amongst the country's citizens and residents. It is in line with His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam's aspiration in making the practise of reading of Al-Quran as culture throughout the ages. In an interview with RTB, the qari and qariah champions of this year's National Musabaqah Al-Quran Reading for Adults continue to instil enthusiasm so such a competition will continue to become a platform in producing a Bruneian generation who truly love, internalize and understand the Holy Book of Al-Quran.
