COMMONWEALTH DRIVE, BRUNEI-MUARA

The Ministry of Health (MoH), through the Health Promotion Centre (HPC) is organising the '#capai30' competition in conjunction with the World Physical Activity Day 2016.

According to a press release, the competition aims to increase awareness on physical activity and its benefit through the use of social media; and incorporating physical activity in daily life towards active and healthy life.

To enter the competition, follow @hpcbrunei on Facebook or Instagram and post a new photo or short video (maximum 15 seconds) showing how you would reach 30 minutes of physical activity every day.

The photo or video can be anything from sports, cleaning campaign to workout that you love.

Use the hashtag #capai30' and tag @hpcbrunei in the description of the photo or video.

The contest ends on April 26. The complete rules and regulations are available at the MoH website, at www.moh.gov.bn, or HPC's Facebook or Instagram @HPCBrunei.

The competition also has its own website at www.capai30.wordpress.com.

'Capai30' carries the message of achieving 30 minutes a day of physical activity.
