28 participants comprising Penghulu Mukims, Village Heads and Acting Village Heads attended the Understanding Briefing for Divisions and Units under the Tutong District Religious Affairs Office. The briefing took place at the Main Hall of the Tutong District Civic Centre Complex.

The briefing was held to provide understanding and empower participants with information related to religious administration, as well as providing the community with Acts and Regulations related to Islamic religious administration. The two-day briefing was conducted by the Tutong District Chief Religious Officer in collaboration with the Heads of Divisions and Units of the Tutong District Religious Affairs Office.
