​54 Primary Six pupils from Pengiran Anak Puteri Majeedah Nuurul Bulqiah Religious School who have completed the reading of 30 chapters of Al-Quran 30 were feted with a Khatam Al-Quran ceremony. The ceremony took place at Mim-Nun Jaya Complex in Jalan Bebatik Kilanas, 15th September morning.

The function began with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah led by Doctor Haji Azman bin Ahmad, Permanent Secretary for Higher Education at the Ministry of Education. In line with the Government's desire to produce an Al-Quran literate generation, the ceremony was also to instil a love and assimilation of Al- Quran specifically among Religious School pupils.
