In conjunction with the 29th Civil Service Day celebration, a Tahlil ceremony was held for the late parents and son of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Al-Marhumah Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit and Al-Marhum His Royal Highness Prince Haji 'Abdul 'Azim at the Royal Mausoleum, 24th September morning.

Present was Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yusof, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office, as Co-Chairman of the 29th Civil  Service Day Celebration Executive Committee. Among those present were Deputy Ministers and Permanent Secretaries.
