(KPL) The Vientiane Department of Information, Culture and Tourism in cooperation with Vientiane Centre Shopping Mall will organize tourism promotion activities from October 6-10 to attract domestic and overseas tourists.

Mr Khamkhoun Bailatri, Deputy Head of Vientiane Department of Information, Culture and Tourism has said that in order to promote tourism, as well as to prepare welcoming domestic and foreign tourists who have intended to travel traditional festivals, especially the end of Buddhist lend festival and the boat racing festival at That Vatchanh river bank.          It also promotes the nation's fine culture, handicrafts and unique traditional foods.

Mrs. Somchay Vongsa, representing Vientiane Center Shopping Mall said that this event is expected to draw about 30 booths of private company and individuals.
