Themed, "Sustainable Infrastructure Towards a Connected World", the 7th Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, AIIB Board of Governors Annual Meeting was held with the aim of reaffirming the critical role of infrastructure in supporting recovery, growth and connectivity. The meeting held online was attended by the Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Finance and Economy, as the AIIB Governor for Brunei Darussalam.

During the Round Table Session of the AIIB Meeting, Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Mohd Amin Liew bin Abdullah shared three priority areas towards a sustainable and resilient future, among them facilitating strategic partnerships between policy makers, business and multilateral development institutions in providing new opportunities. The meeting was chaired by the AIIB Governor for Mongolia.
