The result for the Second Round of the HECAS 2022 application to public Higher Education Institutions, HEIs; namely Universiti Brunei Darussalam, UBD, Sultan Sharif Ali Islamic University, UNISSA; and Politeknik Brunei, PB for the Academic Year 2022/2023 will be released on Tuesday, 1st November 2022 after 8:30 in the morning.

Unsuccessful applicants who meet the entry requirements set by HEIs and wish to appeal, are given 3 working days to submit their appeal starting Wednesday, 2nd November. The last day to send the Letter of Appeal and related documents is on Saturday, 5th November before 4 in the afternoon; and applicants are advised to apply for a different programme from the one originally applied in August/September 2022.
