BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN

During the Unscheduled Visit to the Royal Customs and Excise Department and the National Immigration and Registration Department, JIPK, His Majesty the Sultan and the Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam took a closer look at several sections under the respective departments.

His Majesty first visited the Royal Customs and Excise Department, RCED, including the Policy and International Division.

Also receiving the attention of His Majesty was the Customer Service Unit under the Service and Corporate Relations Division. Also visited by His Majesty was the ICT Unit which among others, is responsible for monitoring and ensuring the 'Brunei Darussalam National Single Window', BDNSW System.

The Human Resource Management and Corporate Relations Division was also toured by His Majesty.

From the RCED, His Majesty proceeded to the JIPK.

The Travel Document Counter for Senior Citizens and Special Needs Category also received His Majesty's attention.

His Majesty's presence reflects His Majesty's concern that a work culture that is responsive and with integrity can continue to be implemented in the country.
