The Candidate Voting and Selection Ceremony for Village Head of Area 4, Rimba National Housing Scheme, Mukim Gadong 'A' was held on 6th November morning. The ceremony took place at Rimba Satu Primary School.

Awang Haji Amirol Hafidzin bin Haji Muhammad, Acting Brunei Muara District Officer in his speech, among other said the voting and election results obtained as a result of the participation of the resident in the village more comprehensively is important in determining grassroots leaders who will lead a village or mukim.

Awang Haji Julkepli bin Haji Ibrahim, the sole candidate is a retired Royal Brunei Armed Forces. The results of the voting will be submitted to the Appointment, Discipline and Disciplinary Board of the Penghulu Mukim and Village Head, Ministry of Home Affairs for further processing.
