Kuala Belait and Seria Municipal Department recently conducted a religious talk titled 'Majlis Ceramah Fadhilat Kelebihan Bulan Rejab, Sya'aban and Ramadhan', at the Municipal Hall, Kuala Belait.

The talk was delivered by Ustaz Dr. Haji Ismuhadi bin Haji Abdullah from the Islamic Da'wah Centre.

Present as the guest of honour was Chairman of Kuala Belait and Seria Municipal Department, Awang Haji Ali bin Matyassin. The event started with recitations of Tahlil and Doa Arwah.

Some 200 personnel of Kuala Belait and Seria Municipal Department attended the talk that aimed to foster better relations amongst members of the municipal department.
