His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, in a titah expresses confidence that with the value add in the training curriculum, the National Service Programme, PKBN alumni are now more ready to voluntarily offer their services when needed.

His Majesty also expresses confidence that the identity programme can be extended to newly recruited young officers specifically to be inculcated not only to strengthen identity but also enhancing self-leadership quality. His Majesty made the titah at the Passing Out Parade for the 11th PKBN intake held yesterday morning at the PKBN Training Camp in Batu Apoi, Temburong District. In the titah, His Majesty expresses gratitude to Allah Subhanahuwata'ala that the Passing Out Parade Ceremony for the 11th PKBN intake can take place, after being postponed for a year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. His Majesty takes note that 5 hundred 39 trainees completed their training, the highest number in PKBN's history.
