His Majesty's personal representative to grace the ceremony in the Temburong District was His Royal Highness Prince 'Abdul Wakeel ibni His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah.

Upon arrival at the Belalong Hall of the Kompleks Dewan Kemasyarakatan, Mukim Bangar, His Royal Highness Prince 'Abdul Wakeel was greeted Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Nazmi bin Haji Mohammad, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports.

The ceremony began with the recital of Surah Al-Fatihah and Doa Selamat led by Yang Arif Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Abdul Aziz bin Orang Kaya Maharaja Lela Haji Mohd Yusof.

At the ceremony, His Royal Highness Prince 'Abdul Wakeel consented to present His Majesty's Personal Gifts to a total of 950 recipients from the Temburong District.
