In the Tutong District, His Majesty's personal representative to grace His Majesty's Personal Gifts Presentation Ceremony was His Royal Highness Prince 'Abdul Mateen ibni His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah.

The arrival of His Royal Highness Prince 'Abdul Mateen at the Main Hall of the Kompleks Dewan Kemasyarakatan, Tutong District was greeted by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Dr. Awang Haji Mohd Isham bin Haji Jaafar, Minister of Health.

The ceremony began with the recital of Surah Al-Fatihah and Doa Selamat led by Yang Arif Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Zaimi bin Haji Talip.

At the ceremony, His Royal Highness Prince 'Abdul Mateen consented to present His Majesty's Personal Gifts to a total of 1,000 recipients from the Tutong District.
