​A 12-member delegation from the Brunei Darussalam Haj Management Office comprising 4 management officers and 8 medical officers for this year's Haj season left for Saudi Arabia, 25th May late afternoon.

Present at the Brunei International Airport to bid the haj advance team farewell were Yang Berhormat Pehin Udana Khatib Dato Paduka Seri Setia Ustaz Haji Awang Badaruddin bin Pengarah Dato Paduka Haji Awang Othman, Minister of Religious Affairs, and Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Nazmi bin Haji Mohamad, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports who is also the Acting Minister of Health. The delegation was led by Awang Haji Abdullah bin Haji Mohammad, Head of the Haj Management Office for Administration.
