​Her Royal Highness Paduka Seri Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Sarah binti Pengiran Haji Salleh Ab-Rahaman officiated the Children's Cancer Foundation, YASKA Community Centre in Kampung Kiarong, 26th May afteroon. Upon arrival, Her Royal Highness was greeted by Doctor Hajah Norehan Haji Johari, Chairperson of YASKA, and 'Nawwarah Abdullah Chen, Deputy Chairperson of YASKA.

 

The reading of Surah Al Fatihah and supplication was read by Muhammad Nur Hadi bin Ismail, Education Officer at the Ministry of Religious Affairs.

 

In her welcoming remarks, Doctor Hajah Norehan underlined that goal of the Community Centre is to provide continuous support to former childhood cancer patients by helping to improve their quality of life.

 

Her Royal Highness was introduced to 7 former cancer patients, aged between 4 to 17. With the community centre's inauguration, YASKA can now carry out more activities for the cancer patients.
