His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al- Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam in a titah reminds that being abroad opens up opportunities for students to build themselves up and their individuality with beneficial knowledge, and not be complacent and negligent.

What is more important, His Majesty stresses, students must not neglect religious obligations. His Majesty made the reminder in a titah during the Get-Together Ceremony with Students as well as Citizens and Residents of Brunei Darussalam who are in Australia and New Zealand. In the titah, His Majesty expresses gratitude for being able to be together with the citizens and residents of Brunei Darussalam who are in Australia, especially students, government officers on duty in Australia and those on vacation with their families.
