His Majesty Receives Letters Of Credence

His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam received Letters of Credence from seventeen non-resident Foreign Envoys to Brunei Darussalam, 12th August afternoon.
His Majesty first received the Letter of Credence from His Excellency Peter Dimitrov Andonov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Bulgaria;
His Excellency Ivan Velimir Starcevic, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Croatia;
His Excellency Georgios Dogoritis, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Hellenic Republic (Greece);
His Excellency Sami Rafael Leino, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Finland;
His Excellency Jaroslav Doleček, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Czech Republic;
Her Excellency Nineta Barbulescu, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Romania;
His Excellency Florentino Batista Gonzalez, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Cuba;
His Excellency David Evan Malcomson, High Commissioner of the Republic of South Africa;
His Excellency Mag. Andreas Launer, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Austria;
His Excellency Abdoulaye Barro, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Senegal;
His Excellency Herman Pule Diamonds, High Commissioner of the Republic of Namibia;
His Excellency Santiago Javier Chavez Pareja, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Ecuador;
His Excellency Irfan Davudov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
His Excellency Bolat Sugurbayev, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan;
Her Excellency Judit Pach, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Hungary;
Her Excellency Anna Desiree Adema e/v Vogelsang, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Netherlands;
And Her Excellency Florence Buerki Akonor, High Commissioner of the Republic of Ghana.
His Majesty then received in audience the non-resident Foreign Envoys to Brunei Darussalam who have just presented their Letters of Credence. Also present was Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Erywan bin Pehin Datu Pekerma Jaya Haji Mohd Yusof, Second Minister of Foreign Affairs. The Ceremony took place at Istana Nurul Iman.
