His Majesty Receives Letters Of Credence

His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam received Letters of Credence from 20 non-resident Foreign Envoys to Brunei Darussalam, 19th August afternoon.

 

His Majesty first received the Letter of Credence from His Excellency Ary Norton de Murat Quintella, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federative Republic of Brazil;

 

His Excellency Agustin Garcia Lopez Loaeza, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mexico;

 

Her Excellency Sandra Jensen Landi, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Denmark;

 

His Excellency Ragai Tawfik Said Nasr, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Arab Republic of Egpyt;

 

Her Excellency Kateryna Zelenko, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine;

 

His Excellency Maynor Jacobo Cuyun Salguero, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Guatemala;

 

His Excellency Enkhbayar Sosorbaram, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia;

His Excellency Ali Hussain Didi, High Commissioner of the Republic of Maldives;

 

AND His Excellency Mohamed Mohamed Farrara Lashtar, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Nicaragua.

 

His Majesty then received in audience the non-resident Foreign Envoys to Brunei Darussalam who have just presented their Letters of Credence. Also present was Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Erywan bin Pehin Datu Pekerma Jaya Haji Mohd Yusof, Second Minister of Foreign Affairs. The ceremony took place at Istana Nurul Iman.
